Everything businesses ask us before onboarding to Fincore E-Invoicing.
Fincore E-Invoicing is a UAE FTA-aligned e-invoicing platform built by Chaturvedi Software House. It generates PINT AE structured invoices from your existing Tally or ERP data and handles transmission through the 5-corner network model.
Chaturvedi Software House (CSH) is a Dubai-based software company founded in 2006, specialising in Tally Prime since 2015, and has supported more than 4,000 businesses across the GCC with Tally Prime, ERP and CRM solutions.
No. The platform is built to scale from small businesses on a single Tally ledger through to multi-branch operations with several trade licenses.
Not yet - Fincore’s FTA accreditation is coming soon. We’re building the platform on 18 years of CSH’s ERP and Tally delivery experience. Register your interest and we’ll keep you updated as accreditation progresses.
Based on the published mandate, e-invoicing applies broadly to anyone conducting business in the UAE regardless of VAT registration status, with a small number of specific exclusions. You’ll need a Tax Identification Number (TIN) to participate. Confirm your specific obligations with the FTA or your tax advisor.
Phases are generally organised by revenue and entity type: a pilot group, large taxpayers (revenue ≥ AED 50 million), SMEs (revenue < AED 50 million), and government entities - each with its own ASP appointment deadline and go-live date. See our mandate guide for the full schedule.
The published guidance we’ve reviewed does not detail specific penalties, and enforcement approaches can change. We’d rather help you avoid finding out - talk to us early so your ASP and data mapping are ready ahead of your date.
No. Fincore sits alongside your existing system and reads invoice data from it - your team keeps working the way it already does.
PINT AE (Peppol International Invoice – UAE) is the structured XML schema required for UAE e-invoices, with defined required fields for tax and commercial invoices. It replaces free-form PDF or paper invoices for mandate purposes.
It’s the transmission architecture used under the mandate: your business (corner 1) sends data through your ASP (corner 2), across the Ministry-approved network (corner 3), to your customer’s ASP (corner 4), who delivers it to your customer (corner 5).
Yes. Fincore is designed to connect to QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Zoho Books, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo, eresource ERP and custom or legacy systems, as well as Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9, where CSH has deep specialisation - see Integrations.
It depends on your system and data readiness - a Tally Prime environment with clean data is typically the fastest path; custom or legacy systems can take longer to map. We’ll give you a realistic estimate after an initial review.
Pricing depends on invoice volume, number of branches/TRNs, and integration complexity. Get in touch and we’ll put together a scope and quote for your specific setup.
Yes - CSH has provided Tally and ERP training for years, and the same approach carries over to onboarding your team onto Fincore E-Invoicing.
